Nearly all of us experience sadness, feel discouraged or start feeling down once in awhile. For some people, this state of mind doesn’t disappear. If feelings like this stick around for a long period of time and disrupt your daily activities, you may be experiencing depression. This self test is a good way to evaluate your mood at the moment. It can help identify if you’re showing some of the warning signs of depression and how to get help if needed.
